1. General Terms
1.1. Registration or ordering on the Website by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "You" and "Yours") as a registered or unregistered Customer, as well as as a partner in agreeing to submit products or services on the Site, means that you fully and unconditionally agree with these terms.
1.2. The site presents products and services that are our and our affiliated partners’ property.
1․3․ The prices of the products presented on the site are final.
1․4․ When registering an order on the Website, you see only the total price of the ordered products. As soon as we receive the order, our employees will contact you to inform you about the delivery prices. You can confirm or cancel your order. The products will be delivered if only the order is confirmed.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment terms occur when We receive your product or service order through Greenshop.am.
2.2. Payment methods are introduced on the “Payments” section of the Website, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Cash payment is made at the time of receiving the order at the delivery address. The customer can open the product delivered by the delivery person on the spot, check its compliance with the one presented on the website, its quality, and quantity, and then make the payment.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1. The terms and conditions of delivery are mentioned on the “Delivery” section of the Website, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
3.2. If the customer does not like the delivered order for any reason, and s/he wishes to return or exchange it, then the procedure takes place in compliance with Provision 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
3.3. In order to deliver the order to two different addresses, you need to register two different orders. In case of one registered order, the product or service certificate can be delivered to one address only.
3․4․ In case of unpredicted incidents or events against our will, your order may be delivered later than expected. In such cases the buyer or the receiver will be notified about the change of delivery time and date at once.
4. Exchange and Return
4.1. After receiving the order, the customer must check the product’s compliance with the one ordered and its state in the delivery person’s presence, to make sure that it has no damaged parts. We are not responsible for the issues that occurred after the delivery person has left.
In case of online payment, the amount can be returned by cash or by bank transfer within a maximum of 10 working days.
The amount charged for delivery is not refunded to the customer in case of return of the products. In case of discounts on the Website, if the delivery was made free of charge, the amount for delivery will be charged from the returning amount in compliance with the delivery price list.
5. Dispute Resolution Process
5.1. The disputes occurred because of these Terms and Conditions can be resolved by extrajudicial settlement - through negotiations. In case the parties fail to agree, the disputes are resolved in compliance with the procedure provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia - in court.
